6.1. We offer a return policy for damaged or defective non-living products. Refunds or returns are not eligible for plants or any other live stock due to their perishable nature and unique care requirements.
6.2. To be eligible to apply for a return or a refund for non-living products, an unboxing video of the package is compulsory. The video should clearly show the condition of the package upon receipt and any visible damage or defects. This video will help us assess the issue and process your request efficiently.
6.3. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order to initiate a return or refund request for non-living products. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the unboxing video is not provided or if the products are found to be damaged due to improper handling or misuse.
6.4. For products eligible for returns or refunds, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return process. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, and any return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
6.5. Refunds for non-living products will be issued in the original form of payment once the returned product is received and inspected.
6.6. Please note that we are unable to offer returns or refunds for plants or any other live stock due to their perishable nature. If you have any concerns about the health or condition of live stock, please contact us immediately after receiving the shipment, and we will do our best to assist you with any care-related queries.
